Hi,

Is there a command I can type in to SME5 that will tell the server to download any waiting email straight away??

I have told the server to check for mail every hour, (To reduce phone costs) but can I issue a command over ssh to download the mail on demand?

Sure you can...
/etc/startmail
makes the trick..
