Title: phpSysInfo 1.9 problem on SME 5.1b4
Post by: Bill Coghill on January 19, 2002, 05:16:18 PM
phpSysInfo would appear to not run correctly under SME 5.1b4.

I updated the server from 4.1.2 to 5.1b4 and it would appear the phpSysInfo cannot find the required logs as it shows things like processor type and memory as N.A.  In addition it cannot resolve the network settings and the hostname of the server.

phpSysInfo reads the info in the proc dir to workout certain stuff.  Having a quick poke around with MC I can see the required files are there, but they are all empty.

bug/feature ?

Bill.

I've upgraded also to 5.1beta3 and PhPsysinfo 1.9 and I've encountered the same problem but I couldn't find out what tthe problem was.

I thought it was only me having this problem, I put 5.1beta4 on a SuperMicro Dual PIII with the server chipset and thought maybe E-Smith didn't like the chipset. Maybe theres hope now. I spent 2 hrs. poking around my 4.12 box comparing files
and dirs with the 5.1b4 and came up with no answer.
