Title: user-hompage access

For some reason UserDir pages dont work.

I get this error;
You don't have permission to access /~magnus/ on this server.

However I checked the permissions all the way to root and al lthe directories are r_x for world/all and the index.htm file is also r__r__r__ so I'm at a loss.


Has this happened to anyone else?

What else might I check to resolve this?

That's right, they don't.  They aren't designed to.

but there must be a way to change it!  pls help!
