Dear all,
My user complained to me that his customers are not receiving emails that he had send out. A check on the mail log I discovered that there are mails being queued but it has not been sent out.
My server is connected to a lease line therefore there is 24hr internet access by the server.
Can someone enlighten me what is happening? anyway i am running SME V5 with update 3.

Can you please tell me where I'd find the mail log you speak of and what to look for? Thanks in advance.
