Title: Cannot see user in web manager

I have version 4.1.2 and when I go into the web-based e-smith manager under user accounts, I cannot see one of the users I've created. Everything else seems to work fine (i.e. email, domain login, group access, etc.), just I can't see the user name anywhere in e-smith manager. Even when I go to give users group access, it is not in the combo box that shows all the users either. Any ideas? Thanks.

Anyone have any ideas? I can't give this user access to anything because I can't see it in the web manager. Please help. Thanks.

Hi,

Did you use a 'dot' in the account names? Like john.doe instead of jdoe ?

I don't know about Matt, but I used a dot in the account name and now I can't see the account. Do know how to see eventually delete it?

No, I did not use a .dot in the username. In fact, the user name was "jtomjake."
