It there a way to get the MP3 Blade to see other file types, like videos etc?

You can always use andromeda. Easy to use and for all file types.

How hard is it to make a blade? And is there directions out there for making blades?

Did you make this into a Blade?  It looks really cool and I would like to use it, but I'm not very good at Linux.
