Title: Hard Drive Upgrade
Post by: Tyrone Miles on January 29, 2002, 03:32:29 PM
Has anyone done a hard drive upgrate using a tool like Disk Copy. I have a 12 GB drive in my server and I want to go to 60 GB. Does anyone know a good tool? (So I don't have to do my whole server from scratch?

Partition magic works a treat. just boot from PM DOS boot disk copy and its done in no time. I've never had a problem with PM and e-smith builds, I hope you don't find any. Good Luck.

PM from V4 onwards. Norton ghost from every version back to before it was a norton product.  Read the prompts and dont erase your old HDD till you verify the new copy. I think you'll have few problems.
