Title: web-based service control wrong address

Has anyone else seen a problem with the SME Manager (Web) Service control page in version 5.12 where the submission is directed to the loopback address(127.0.0.1:980) instead of :980?  In my case, the server is running in server-only mode.  Not that this is all that problematic, since I can always ssh into the box and use the text mode console, but I just wanted to confirm whether this is a bug or just a problem with my installation.

I haven't seen it with that panel, but the server monitor does it for me.  It loads fine, but the automatic refresh tries to go to 127.0.0.1:980.
