We have a very specific need for an E-Smith server that requires a minimum number of services to operate.
In older UNIX's it was simply a matter of commenting out lines in inetd.conf or the rc files. Can someone please post a cheat sheet on how to disable services e.g. imap, pop-3, smtp, dns, smtp, samba, etc (note: we want to send mail, but never receive or respond to mail) in e-smith??
Thanks
Stuart
