Title: twig attachment problems in 5.1.2.

Hello,
I recently began using twig with 5.1.2 and received these errors when sending an attachment. Does anyone know how to fix this?



Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /home/e-smith/files/ibays/twig/html/features/mail/mail.submit.inc.php3 on line 164
