Post by: Darrell May on February 17, 2002, 10:10:01 AM
For anyone with links to my website, I have done a complete reorganization.  The best devinfo link to bookmark and pass on to others may simply be this one from now on:

Hello Darrell,
I have used many of your contributions with V5.0 update 3 and V5.1.2 with zero problems, and I thank you for that. I do have a question about your Beta version of Disaster Recovery Disk. If I upgraded from V5.0 update 3 to V5.1.2, which Cd do I place in the cd-drive at recovery time, the V5 or V5.1.2 CD? I would say V5.1.2, but I am not sure. I will try a DR test next weekend but I just wanted to know your thoughts on the matter.

Thanks Again
Bill

Always your current installed version.  Note, this rpm is beta and has not been thoroughly tested or reported.  Comments are welcomed.

Also, your question does not fit the subject title ;->

Darrell

Darrel.

I use your site alot its a great resource, however I'm worried that a) your server may disappear b) I'm eating a lot of your bandwidth ( i guess every little hurts ;-) )

Anyway, any chance of offering a downloadable version of your site via rsync? i'd love to have alocal copy and dont want to hammer you with wget ..

If you dont care/mind about the wget approach then i'll just do that; with your premission.

Hi,

Many thanks for your hard work ;)

Just a question since you modified your directories I can't find anymore your special kernel-headers where can I find it again ?

Another question : You wrote a lot of gert howtos... I'd like to translate them into french, and host them on my SME server, are you agree with this ?

Best regards,

Rico
