Title: Changing Access Permissions on Primary Share under Samba

I can't find a way to change the access permissions to R/W on th Primary share
after a new install a 4.1

apply this command:
chmod +777 /home/e-smith/files/primary/files ( caution: 777 = everyone can write or delete files )

"admin" has R/W access to the Primary share.
