Hi everybody !
I recently installed a mailing list on my server with this howto :
http://www.e-smith.org/docs/howto/contrib/installingezmlm.idx.txt
This howto is for E-Smith 4.1.2 and I tried to install ezmlm on SME 5.1.2.
Actually my father told me he couldn't check his emails anymore.. the error is :
The connection to the server has failed.
Account: 'pop.gmx.net', Server: 'pop.gmx.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110,
Secure(SSL):
No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
So I tried to check my mails from my SME server and it was working just fine.. I tried from my workstation and I had the same error.
Any idea from where this error comes ?
Is it the mailing list RPM that broke something in my template files ?
Thank you !

I have to say to add some things.
- The provider GMX is external.. it's not my own server..
- Checking mails internaly is working just fine (on wxp.homeip.net)
- Checking mails on GMX was working a few days ago..
- I hope someone will try to help :) I'm lost !
Thank you guys !

OK I found the problem..
A file called 40AllowPOP was in the directory /etc/e-smith/templates-custom/etc/rc.d/init.d/masq
I don't know why but I assume the mailing list RPM put that file in here.
So Watch out ppl if you install this RPM !!!
