Checking the updates for 4.1.2, I notice that nothing's been done since August - as I use 4.1.2 in a remote office, that's scary. In fact, it strikes me as being Bad.
Is 4.1.2 offficially deprecated in terms of security fixes now? Upgrading the remote office is a non-trivial issue for me.

Mitel has abandoned the 4.1.x platform. There are still a lot of users who use 4.1.2, so it's too bad.
In this post dot-com/linux economy, I can understand why they can't devote more resources to supporting the 4.1.x line.

there was a PHP update for 4.1.2 put together for the latest security issue, courtesy of Dan Brown:

PK, that's an update for _PHP_ 4.1.2, not e-smith 4.1.2. I have no PHP updates for e-smith 4.1.2, but Troels Arvin (at http://rpms.arvin.dk) has packages which should work, and which he claims have the necessary security patches.
