I'm running a freshly installed 4©1©
I am trying to use the box to collect mail from a multidrop POP account© I have completed the admin page giving the correct name of the server pop©myisp©com©
I am getting the following error:
fetchmail: couldn't find canonical DNS name of pop?myisp?com
I've set the IP address of my ISP's domain name server during hte configuration process© When I go through the config process again on the console it doesn't show the IP address of the ISP DNS© Is this something to do with the problem?
The copyright symbols are also confusing© They were typed as periods on the email admin page© Also sometimes when accessing the webpages stored in the primary bay full stops/periods appear as copyright symbols but not always©
Sorry, I know I've asked a number of questions© Thankyou in advance for any help you are able to offer©

I bet your using a version of mozilla to access your e-smith box configuration web pages.
Try using an old version of netscape and i bet the problem goes away!
I had a similar problem with the creation of virtual domains. Using netscape solved them!
