Title: Enable CGI
Post by: Bruce on March 23, 2002, 05:25:26 AM
I installed without enabling CGI, but have found some reasons I want to use them.  My server is more than capable of handling the extra load, but I'm unable to find where to enable with Mitle 5.1.1.

Since I haven't received any useful answers, I'm assuming that this was lost in the weekend flurry.  Hopefully, non-solution will bring this back into view by someone that has already solved the issue.

This is way too simple. What I've been trying to accomplished did not require any changes to the server. It did require some changes to HTML file naming. By simply changing the .htm or .html file extensions to .shtml, the system was able to process server side processes and works flawlessly.
