Hi,
My e-smith server v. 4.1.1 is collecting mail from my multidrop popaccount, but there is a problem with the internal distribution at my site. So my question is where are the emails? "My Email to unknown users:" is "send to administrator" and "Forwarding address for administrative notices:" is an hotmail account. PS I have no problem sending emails

Hi Thomas,
Have a look at your header of a message and see if it has "X-Delivered-To" or "X-Envelope-To"
If one of the above are in the header charge the "Select sort header" setting in your e-smith manager/Email retrieval. [default is "X-Delivered-To"]

Hi Michael, and thanks for the answer. But I am also wondering where the e-smith server stores email that it picks up from my pop account but can't resolve locally. Here are some lines from my "Sender statistics" report and I assume that these email are stored somewhere on my server.
1 1739 1739 1739 1 1 0.342367 400/
1 2784 2784 2784 1 1 0.223227 400/
1 30337 30337 30337 1 1 0.194673 400/

unresolved email sounld be re-directed to admin@yourdomain.com or returned to sender... Have a look at the setting in the e-smith-manager/Other email settings/Email to unknown users:
Also im sure that this is covered in the e-smith manual http://www.e-smith.org/docs/manual/
