Title: Blocking extensions in mail

Anybody knows how to block files exe, com, bat, vbs, scr, mpeg and mp3 with this extensions in emails. I want to block all this mails.

Somebody can help me?

Thanks Tom for your comment.

I think Darren's filter is for spam control. I want block files. Email Sanitizer is a good option (ftp://ftp.rubyriver.com/pub/jhardin/antispam/procmail-security.html) but I'm not a linux expert and configuration is not clear for me.
