Title: Creating a new panel
Post by: Bl4d3 on April 22, 2002, 06:30:22 PM
Ok. Lets me explain my problem. I want to duplicate the server-manager panel. ONe with all functionality and the second with a limited set of tools (for a sub dmin for example). I know where to put the file (/etc/e-smith/web/submanager) but my problem is to make a link to this page. Something like www.server.loc/server-manager and www.server.loc/server-submanager. Is it possible or not ? Thanks a lot if someone can answer to me. And esxcuse me for my english.

Hi

Have a look at your httpd.conf file, and duplicate the entry for server-manager, restart httpd.conf.

Take a look at the user-manager, this will let you give access to certain people and certain panels. This may be what you want.
