Title: Oracle client on e-smith

I need to have access to an Oracle database from a PHP script in an Ibay. Has anyone experience with this ? Steps I think I need to take are : compile PHP with Oracle support and have an Oracle SQL*NET client on my machine. Are these available as an RPM or so ? Any help would be appreciated.

Did you have any luck with Oracle (Client)  Installation ?
