Title: Transproxy rpm removal
Post by: Marco Garza on May 09, 2002, 07:45:48 PM
Hello all,

I am attempting to turn off transproxy on a SME server version 5.0 that was installed using a RPM.  I have tried the -e switch with the RPM, but i only get a message that the RPM is not loaded.  I have been looking for the location of the redirector lines in ipchains or iptables, but to no avail.  Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

TIA

Marco

you have the option of disabling transparent proxy by:

# /sbin/e-smith/db configuration setprop squid transparent no

# /sbin/e-smith/signal-event remoteaccess-update
