Is it possible install a linux Firewall on my E-Smith 4.1 for example FREESCO?

No, as both e-smith and FreeSCO require dedicated computers.  However, what's the point?  e-smith includes all the firewalling capabilities of FreeSCO already, so you wouldn't gain anything by adding FreeSCO.
