Title: web site pages-browser wants to download?!

myphpnuke-1.8.8 installed on my e-smith 5 update4 as per:
http://myezserver.com/downloads/mitel/contrib/myphpnuke-1.8.8/

All was working as I edited the content...then after an attempt to input my timezone code the pages won't load, instead the browser wants to download the pages I browse to...or they open as binary code.

Any idea why this would occur?
