Title: Add disclaimer to all messages

Does anyone know how add at server level a disclamier to all outgoing messages

"A possible solution would be to insert such a line right before mail
goes into the qmail queue. You can do that with Bruce Guenter's
QMAILQUEUE patch:

http://www.qmail.org/qmailqueue-patch

That way, every mail gets handled by a program of your choice which can
do whatever you want, and then inject it into the queue. See the patch
for documentation."

Keep in mind this would require you to recompile qmail.
