Title: SHAMELESS MOVE

There is a shameless individual in Germany that sells sme, ipcop and god knows what else on ebay. I don't think this is legal, at least with sme server. Am I wrong?

So long as he's selling only the GPL'd version (which is what he says he's doing), it's perfectly legal for him to sell as many copies as he likes for as much (or as little) as he likes.  It's even legal for him to rebrand it, but he has to keep attributions and copyright notices intact for all the software that's included.  Sure, it's kind of sleazy, but I don't see how it'd be illegal.
