Post by: Wesley on June 17, 2002, 06:58:22 AM
Can anyone give any information on how to allocate multiple ip addresses on 1 network card. I have a class c set of ip's that I want to be able to work from. I use the E-Smith server as a web server.

Any information will be appreciated

hi there,,,
actually if you have about let's say 6 IP Address ,,,,all you have to do is put the six Ethernet Cards before installation,,,,the configuration of the ip starts when installation begins,,thats were you supply all the IP numbers into every Ethernet Cards,,,,and you can configure those IP in httpd.conf .......and that's it you have 6 different IP Configured,,,just make sure you define them well...
