Title: Helpdesk system for small support company

Hi All,
Was wondering if there was anyone out there working for an IT support company that uses an open source helpdesk/knowledgbase system.
I've been looking into it and have found some very capable helpdesk trouble ticket systems and some great knowledgebases but nothing that seems to tie the two together.
