My Problem is I can't view my website hosted by my ISP (ie www.mydomain.com.au),I only get the intranet Website hosted in the primary IBAY. I Can view my ISP Website from outside the E-smith controlled network.
Putting www.mydomain.com.au in the URL line of IE6 should take me to the external website, and ommitting www on the URL should send me to the E-Smith hosted site. Please correct me if I'm Wrong.
I browse through the Proxy server for all other sites OK.
What am I doing wrong

In the server-manager you have to change the 'Local' status to a remote location...
Hostnames and addresses
WWW --> Modify --> GlobalIP = IPNumber.from.your.ISP
This should help you to view the webpage at your ISP. If you don't see it right away, refresh and you should see the page.

The e-smith controlled network will resolve to your e-smith server and your e-smith server will handle all requests for the domain that it is controlling.
you need to tell your e-smith server that www resolves to the IP of your ISP hosted website instead of servicing the request itself.
go into server manager and go to hostnames and addresses and point www to your external website IP.
