I have ask this question before but had no takers. What is the command line prompt to rebuild a mirror. In this case the slave. Both drives are IDE. I purposefully broke the mirror by disconnection the slave to determine if mirroring was causing serious system slow down.
I assume the proper command is:
I am assuming it is: "mkraid /dev/md0" but I wanted to check to be sure. TIA
I can't afford to be wrong because this is on a production system.
Any help or reassurance would be appreciated.
