Title: redirect unknown mail to user other than admin?

Rob, do you simply mean 'Other e-mail settings, Forwarding address for administrative notices:'  or are you looking for something more complicated :-)

Hi Darrell

I want to redirect customers server generated messages to here -@winux.co.nz while redirecting their mail to unknown users to a local user for perusal.

So..  ..Yeh - something more complicated :-?

I suggest you set 'Other e-mail settings, Forwarding address for administrative notices:' to a defined user of your choice.  Next use the user-manager contrib and procmail rules to do whatever you want after that.
