Is there a quick and dirty way for me to have ext3 filesystem support in SME Server? We've had several power outages recently, and having to haul a monitor/keyboard over to the server after every one to do a fsck is getting tiresome. Also, is there a well-documented way of allowing it to be shut down via UPS if the UPS detects a power outage?

ext3 support for 2.2.x kernels pretty much stopped at 0.0.7, which is extremely old.
While it would be nice, any bugs in 0.0.7 have been fixed only in versions compatible with 2.4.x kernels
Sorry.

Do a search on the forums for apcupsd (assuming you have an APC UPS).
