Title: Activating pptp compression
Post by: Walid Moghrabi on August 13, 2002, 03:07:18 PM
Hi,

I'm connecting a SME 5.1.2 box from a Win2k PC using the Windows pptp client.
When looking at the status of the connection, I see that compression is not activated, how can I activate it ?
Is it possible ?

Thanks

It's not possible. The compression algorithm is patented, and the patent is held by Microsoft.
