Title: Migrating from 3.x > 4.1.1

I am running 3.x and would like to upgrade to 4.1.1 but I don't want to loose everyones e-mail. I have about 25 e-mail accounts currently. How can I move them to a new server running 4.1.1?

Just do a backup (as a safety net), then upgrade to 4.1.1.
