You'll need to get a hold of a Mitel partner(reseller) to get service link.    Mitel seems to have changed their website layout, as I couldn't find the list of partners.    I think the service link package is in the $2000/yr range, but not certain.

A few of recommendations when searching for a reseller:

1.  Try to ascertain the resellers experience with SME.   SME is a very specialized version of Linux that requires a good deal of experience to properly master.  Just because a person has been around ?Nix? OS's for several years doesn't mean their experienced with SME.

2.  Shop around.  As I understand it, the price varies a bit by reseller.

3.  Don't be overly concerned about getting a reseller that is local to you.  I think it's more important to find an experienced reseller than to have one that can come right to your location.  Most issues can be fixed remotely anyway.

Good luck.
