Title: Error trying to install e-smith-squid-0.3-2.i386.rpm

When I try to install the specified RPM I get this message: "error: execution of %preun scriptled from e-smith-squid-0.2-8 failed, exit status 1"
The problem is that I could not get anybody through the proxy with the correct password.....
Can anybody help my.....
I don't know much about SME servers......
