Title: E-Smith mail --> Exchange

When using the "Delegate Mail Server" option in E-Smith, can I filter e-mail for Spam and virus's before the mail gets redirected? Or, does the mail just hit the E-Smith server and get forwarded to my delegate mail server (Exchange)?

The answer will depend on what spam and anti-virus program you are using.  You have not shared that information so no answer is possible.
