Title: Webmail login failed

Mitel ver 5.5 with Blade 1 installed

Can login into the webmail server over the internet but when I put in the user name and password and press enter, webmail comes back with -

"Login failed for some reason. Most likely your username or password was entered incorrectly."

I know that the user name and password are correct and ideas???

disable and then enable your webmail through sme-server-manager.
Maybe it works

Thanks, gave that a try but no success any other ideas

Maybe the passwords are out of sync/doesn't know quite where to look?

Thanks for everyone's help.  I reset the 'other email settings' to private then back to public and now I have access.  Thanks Leafer for putting me on the right path.
