I have been searching through the forums and havn't found an answer to my situation.
I want to install WebDAV on out E-Smith server so that our users can use Dreamweaver to edit the site. I have heard that you can use the RedHat distribution of WebDAV but I havn't heard of anyone who has been successful. Is there any information around that might help me?
Cheers,
Brendon

Sorry to do the whole "past a URL and run" thing, but you might want to check out:
http://www.webdav.org/mod_dav/
It is an Apache module to allow webdav clients to publish to an apache server. However, the incorporation of it into SME will be a little more complex than simply doing a load module/add module in Apache. Check out the following for some install tips:

I would like to look at this, especially for the Dreamweaver aspects. But I am afraid I won't be able to for a few weeks at least.
There are few existing how-to's that might be helpful as well:
To set "Advanced Ibay Options"
http://www.familybrown.org/howtos/advanced-ibay-howto.html
To enable ".htaccess"

I hope this helps.
