Title: Cache internet howto del ???

how can i delete my cache or make it so that i can look for new pages everytime i ask for it...

i have e5.6 and had the same prob with 5.5 its not the probl of the provider....
i think i need to delete / flush my cache however i dont have any knowledge how to do so...
