Hi Guys.
I have a brand new non-functional NetSpider ISDN modem.
I have ascertained that it definately doesn't like the commands that my other analog modem digests without flinching.
My e-smith server sends
ATX3DT62422500^M^M
I need to get rid of the X3 and have it send
ATDV62422500
as a minimum to get Data over Voice going to my ISP.
I can't find the script location so that I can edit the template files.
Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Andy,
You can configure the AT initalization string when you set up the dial-up settings in the configuration setup.

Ah yes. I found that, but there are things I can't do. I had to put the command sequence minus AT in the init strings (e-smith adds the AT to the front anyway)
What I need to do is get my new Netjet SX isdn external modem to dial Data over Voice and lock the B channel at 56 k instead of 64. The command is atdvnnnnn with the \S1 for the 56k lock in there somewhere. I've tried a few variations, but they won't work cleanly.
I had to put - in the dial number too, so it wouldn't put it in twice. Only thing it would accept. I guess I could put the end half of the number in the dial line. Something to try later.
I just want to edit the right string to exactly how I want it manually, so I'd like to know where to look...
