Title: Managing Print Queue

Is there anyway to manage the print queue in Windows clients?  (e.g. if a user mistakenly sends a large print job to the e-smith server but wishes to delete it)  The only solution that I've found so far is to manually delete the data in the spool directory by logging into the server via SSH which is not feasible for inexperienced users.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
