Title: ADSL + ISDN CONNECTION
Post by: Patrick Schepers on October 22, 2002, 10:07:16 PM
Is it possible to join an ADSL connection AND an ISDN connection on just 1 SME server.

Thanks

I normally use an ISDN router to 'fallback' onto. So if the ADSL is down, the ISDN router kicks in... not sure how e-smith can do it though. The Netopia (RT311?) is a good router....

cheers.

Hoi Patrick,

I had the need for this too in the past, before ISDN was supported on SME.

At that time I used FLI4L (http://www.fli4l.de) which will run on very low-cost hardware and can establish 3 _concurrent_ connections:
- ISDN channel 1
- ISDN channel 2
- ADSL or Cable

It's pretty easy to set up and worth to try.
