Is there any possibilities to block certain users from accesing the web, but they could still use e-mail?

Hi damjan, you may use SQUIDGUARD if you want block URLs, DOMAINS, or EXPRESIONS, for determinate IP:

dansguardian module from dungog for SME has an option to allow/deny users based on pam_auth. Having purchased it ($30) and got dansguardian working well on sme 5.5 I can highly recommend it.
