Has anyone implement the NAT on SME box?

It does it natively. No additional actions/modificions needed.

What happen is if i have additional IP addresses that need to NAT? what shd i do on SME box? kindly enlighten.

SME supports multiple clients behind one public IP. There is a 1 to 1 NAT addon, which allows the SME to forward all requests on 1 extra public IP to 1 specific PC on the LAN.
