Title: Compaq Proliant 800

Has anybody installed e-smith on one of these units at all. I'm just wondering if there's likely to be any problems with this.

I have a number of machines and/or clients on the 800's, the 850RM's and the 2500's.

And while we are at it you can throw in the 5000's and the 5500's as well.

I have an older Pro800, which is an EISA machine, with a dual processor. I was never able to install any linux on it, incl. SME server  .. how can I overcome the driver problems, starting with the Raid-adapter .. ?

Any advise, or is all that too complicated ?
