Hi All,

just wish to know... does damien (pagefault.org)'s contrib "Clam Antivirus" solution works on SME 5.5?

regards,

brian,

the current clam engine detects over 7000 viruses, worms and trojans, it would be much better if we could replace the commercial antivirus engine instead, any suggestion?

i actually thinking to implement the f-prot instead of clam antivirus, for better email virus protection and security reason and more.

also, i have implemented the f-prot to have cron scanning for my sme server except email scanning, it does a good job so far.

That sounds interesting, perhaps you can do a "howto" for us once it is all done?

Cheers
