Our problem is that we have an E-smith 5.5 server with 2 20GB hard drives, CDROM and tape drive. The 2 20 GB hard drives are software raided. This all worked beautifully until we recently noticed that we only have about 2GB free and shrinking fast. We have a new 80GB hard drive and we are looking for a way to either un-raid the 2 20 GB hard drives, keep one in, replace the other drive with the 80 GB or somehow replace the 2 20GB raid with the single 80GB HD.
Thanks in advance,
John A.

It's really pointless adding the new drive to the array as the maximum size of the array is equal to the total of the smallest drive in the array (20GB) so, you'd be effectively losing 60GB. Best way is to just backup, clean install on the 80 and then restore.
