Title: SERVER MANAGER DON'T ACCESS

I install userpanel RPM and Perl RPM with this:

e-smith-userpanel-1.0-9.noarch.rpm
perl-Unicode-IMAPUtf7-1.02-1.i386.rpm
perl-Unicode-String-2.06-1.i386.rpm

and now my server-manager not access and present this error:

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /server-manager.

Reason: Could not connect to remote machine: Connection refused

I don't know in what i failed, PLEASED HELP ME, TO RECOVER MY SERVER-MANAGER

Hi i Update my SME BOX and problem is resolved.

If you have that problem again, just do a "service httpd-admin restart" at the command line.  The reason it started working is probably because the update restarted httpd-admin.
