Title: Webmail resolves to blank page

SME 5.5
Webmail enabled
URL mydomain/webmail resolves to a blank HTML Document.
"View Source" reveals the following:






What have I done?

Can you ping the server from a different pc?

Yes, I can ping the local IP, the local server name or the WAN IP.  Everything else seems to work normally.

Something was apparently corrupted during initial installation.  I Re-installed in "Upgrade" mode and now it is all just peachy.
