Hi,
I need to install a backup device. I need max. 10GB som I could do fine with a low-budget IDE-drive....But I have searched and searched for some information on which brand/hardware to get...I need something to works right off 5.6...
I like Seagate or HP. But none of the low-budget backup devices that HP makes are on RH 7.3's HCL list....and NO Seagate products listed? Im open to all suggestions.
What am I to buy? Please advice...If you suggest other than IDE drives, please notice that my server only has PCI slots...
What do u guys use with 5.6?
regards,
TH

Better still - use a hotswap RAID device with spare/swappable drive
